The aims of the workshop are to 

  • Disseminate key findings of recent research on communicating climate change in Wales
  • Integrate these findings with best practice principles of climate change communication

 Who should come?

Anyone involved in policy or delivery of climate change initiatives, practitioners, community development officers, and those interested in raising awareness of the challenges of climate change. 

What participants will gain

  • An understanding of the latest international research on how values and self-identity influence attitudes to climate change
  • A summary of the extensive research into Welsh values and identity
  • Core principles for developing their own communications campaigns
